“My approach to the creative process stems from my training as a printmaker, for creating in multiples has also influenced my practice of painting and collage. Each new series, or variation on the previous one, involves color, composition and texture. There is often a welcome element of surprise which can be developed, respected and/or rejected. Reassessing, rearranging, reassembling … the whole process is a creative journey which endlessly develops my curiosity for experimentation.”
